No uploads. No account. Your audio stays on your device.

How to use it

  1. Add your files

Drop songs or a whole album folder onto the page, or choose them from your device. Existing tags are read straight away.

  2. Select a track

Its tags and cover art appear in the side panel as they are stored in the file.

  3. Open the File tab

See the format, bitrate, sample rate, channels, duration, file size and original filename.

What it does

Tags as stored
Title, artist, album, album artist, track and disc numbers, year, genre, composer, copyright, comment, lyrics and artwork.
Stream details
Bitrate, sample rate, channel count and duration are read from the file's headers, without decoding the audio.
A quick check for a whole folder
Drop a folder and the health scan shows which files are missing titles, artwork or track numbers.

Common questions

Can I edit what I see?

For MP3 files, yes: every tag is editable. For other formats the details are read-only for now, though you can still rename the files on export.

Is the file sent anywhere to be analysed?

No. The file is read by your browser on your device. Only its headers are parsed; nothing leaves your machine.
